Maintenance Tips: To maintain optimal performance of your CHULUX Classic Single Serve Coffee Maker for K Cup, regularly descale using vinegar, citric acid, or a commercial descaler. Also, check that the top needle is not clogged. Without proper maintenance, issues such as weak coffee flow, longer heating time, or abnormal taste may occur. If limescale buildup causes no water pumping, soak the tank in hot vinegar water for 1 hour, then try brewing again.
Important Note: This coffee maker is not suitable for elevations above 6,000 feet, as it may fail to pump water correctly. Additionally, do not use reusable filters to brew hot chocolate, as this may lead to leakage and machine malfunction.
