Usage Tip 1

Usage Tip 2

After plugging in, pressing and holding the two buttons is to enter drain mode, then machine will drains water directly without heating. If you enter this mode by mistake, please unplug and wait for 5s before plugging in again to exit this mode.

This is entering the DRAINAGE MODE by mistake. Unplug or disconnect the power for at least 5 seconds to exit this mode. Then follow the steps in START-UP MODE and PRE-HEATING MODE to start the machine.

This is normal as the machine has a powerful built-in pump. Placing the machine on a flat and stable countertop will reduce the sound caused by resonance.

We recommend using the original Nes pod. If it is not captured, slightly close the lever and then put in the pod. If it does not go down, lightly press the pod tail end into the correct position.
